Buyer's guide
How to place an order with us — and how to check any Chinese sanitary ware supplier before you commit.
1. Send your model list
Send the LT model codes you want, or describe the shapes you are looking for. If you already buy from someone else and want a comparison, send photos or a carton label — we can identify most models from the marking.
2. Get a quotation with carton data
We reply with unit price, carton dimensions, gross weight, CBM and lead time. On request we add a loading plan showing how your mix fits a 20ft or 40HQ container.
3. Verify before you commit
Ask any supplier four questions: the exact production address, whether they own the moulds, which certificates the specific model holds, and whether they will photograph your own order before loading. A supplier who cannot answer all four is a trading layer, not a factory.
4. Sample and approval
Samples are sent on request. For OEM work we approve one physical sample before production starts, and match later batches against it.
5. Deposit and production
Production starts on deposit — 25 to 35 days, with photos through the run. Balance before shipment or against the bill of lading; terms are agreed per order.
6. Shipping and documents
We quote FOB and work with your forwarder or ours. Documents issued: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any certification the destination requires.
