Questions buyers ask

The questions buyers ask us most often, answered directly.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Production runs in Fengtang, Chao'an — the Chaozhou district behind the largest share of China's sanitary ware output. Inspection, documentation and shipping are handled by the same team, so you deal with the factory rather than through a trading layer.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Mixing models, shapes and finishes in one container is normal for us. Tell us your target mix and we return a loading plan with carton counts and CBM before you confirm.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One mixed container is the usual starting point. We do not set a per-model minimum inside it — you can take a few cartons of a slow-moving shape and more of the volume lines.
What is the lead time?
25 to 35 days from deposit, depending on firing cycles and order size. The exact date is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
Which certifications do your products hold?
It depends on the model and the destination market. Tell us where the goods are going and we will state exactly which certificates the quoted model currently holds. We do not print "certified" on a model that has not been tested.
Can you manufacture under our own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM are both routine. Your brand goes on the product and on the carton, and we can develop custom shapes from your drawings.
How are the products packed for sea freight?
Standard export packing: moulded foam or EPS corner protection, then carton, then pallet or loose loading depending on the container plan. Carton dimensions, gross weight and CBM are issued with every quotation.
Which markets do you ship to?
South America, the Middle East and North Africa, Central Asia and Russia, Southeast Asia and Africa. We quote FOB, and can work CIF on regular lanes.
